The notion of men gathering to discuss issues is not new, nor is doing it on Zoom or similar online meeting application. Men gathering in a religious context is probably the oldest continuous example of this need. The Shine a Light Men's Project crystalized after several conversations with male friends and a good deal of research on what was already offered in men's work spaces. We are very pleased to become affiliated with Joyful Mind Zen Community, and appreciate in particular its emphasis on mindfulness and joyful experiences. Heartfelt thanks to everyone involved, we offer deepest gratitude.
